Admissions to Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses at Dr. Ambedkar PG College are carried out in accordance with the rules and guidelines prescribed by the Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (MDSU), Ajmer and the State Government of Rajasthan.
A. Undergraduate (UG) Admission Procedure
- Admissions to UG programmes are based on the merit of the qualifying examination (10+2) or as per the norms of the affiliating university.
- Eligible candidates must apply through the prescribed admission form (online/offline) within the notified admission schedule.
- Merit lists are prepared by the college as per university and reservation policies.
- Selected candidates must complete document verification and fee submission within the stipulated time.
- Admission is confirmed only after approval by the college and university authorities.
B. Postgraduate (PG) Admission Procedure
- Admissions to PG programmes are made on the basis of graduation marks and/or entrance examinations, as per MDSU norms.
- Candidates must hold a recognized undergraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- Applications are invited as per the university admission calendar.
- Merit lists are displayed on the college notice board/website.
- Selected candidates are required to complete document verification and fee payment to secure admission.

- Duly filled admission form
- Mark sheets of qualifying examinations
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Character Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Caste Certificate (for reserved categories)
- Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card / Photo ID
- Recent passport-size photographs
D. Reservation Policy
Admissions are made in accordance with the Government of Rajasthan and University reservation policies for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and other applicable categories.
E. General Instructions
- Incomplete or incorrect applications are liable to be rejected.
- Admission once granted is subject to verification of documents and eligibility.
- The college reserves the right to cancel admission if any discrepancy is found at any stage.
